1. We are a sister company of Brothers Outdoor World. This means when you see your receipt and the charge on your credit card, it will say Brothers, not Reliable.
2. Please remember that we cannot dump refrigerators, dehumidifiers, or air conditioners – unless the Freon unit is removed and the item is officially tagged. Also, flammable items, chemicals, and wet paint are not allowed – below is a link on how to get rid of chemicals and hazardous waste.

3. If your project is very heavy materials like roofing, concrete, or drywall, we ask that you only fill the dumpster ½ to ¾ full so that the truck can lift it.

5. If your dumpster weighs a lot more than normal and your dump fee is more than half of the fee we are charging, the remainder will be charged to you. (This rarely happens.)
6. If you would like to pay cash or use a check for your rental, please give it to the driver when he drops off the dumpster. If there are additional charges as explained above, you will be notified and they will be charged to the credit card you gave when you rented the dumpster.
